Autobiography

I am a passionate researcher and conservationist with a strong interest in human-animal coexistence and welfare. Having worked, lived, and travelled in a range of countries in Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central and South America, I have a deep understanding and appreciation of cultures, social backgrounds, academic environments, international work, and conservation needs. I bring these topics together to achieve best possible outcomes, am proactive and able to work without close supervision. I have excellent leadership skills, enjoy teamwork, and am comfortable working with people of all ages, religions, and cultures. Multitasking and dealing with sensitive and confidential topics are amongst my strongest skills, as is public speaking. I encourage personal development through positive and constructive feedback appropriate to the individual’s needs and help them overcome weaknesses with autonomy. I bring outstanding organisational and coordination skills to the table as well as coping well under pressure and with unforeseen circumstances.
