I am a climate scientist interested in mountain climate change and have worked on Kilimanjaro for nearly 20 years. I am particularly interested in whether high elevations are warming at a different rate to lower elevations. I teach courses in mountain climate and climate change at the University of Portsmouth in the UK where I am Associate Professor in Climate Science.
