Autobiography

Francis Muzaga Chebby is a conservation researcher whose work bridges ecology, geospatial analysis, and community-based conservation. His research focuses on human–wildlife interactions, biodiversity conservation, climate change impacts, and sustainable tourism development. He applies habitat suitability modelling, GIS, and remote sensing to assess species distributions and ecological changes, particularly in landscapes where people and wildlife closely interact. Francis is committed to generating practical solutions that support rural livelihoods, protect cultural heritage, and strengthen ecosystem resilience in Tanzania and similar environments.
